Galor Model Management is an independent modeling agency serving Wisconsin and Illinois, with a focus on fashion, editorial, and commercial talent.
Founded by a model, Galor brings firsthand industry experience to its approach to representation and development. We help talent refine their individual presence, strengthen their portfolios, and prepare for professional opportunities through personal guidance and creative collaboration.
Galor is currently undergoing a thoughtful restructuring to strengthen our agency, refine our creative direction, and improve the support we provide to talent and clients. This new chapter centers on clearer communication, stronger professional standards, and a more intentional approach to model development and representation.
Our vision is to challenge the stigmas surrounding modeling by building a culture of respect, transparency, and accountability. We believe models deserve thoughtful representation and recognition as professionals.
FOUNDER
Ebonaisha Jordan began her modeling career in 2012. Her experience in front of the camera inspired her to give back to the industry and help shape a better experience for emerging talent.
She founded Galor to offer the guidance, preparation, and support she understood models needed from her own journey. Her vision extends beyond discovering talent: she wants to challenge the stigmas surrounding the industry and contribute to meaningful change in how models are represented and valued.
Today, Ebonaisha is leading Galor’s restructuring with a renewed focus on the agency’s direction, professional relationships, and talent development. Her goal is to build a stronger foundation for the agency’s future while remaining connected to the experiences and ambitions of the models it represents.
